Massage Therapy Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

 

At Niagara County Therapeutic Massge and Pacana Massage Therapy we value your time and ours. We reserve your appointment exclusively for you, and we ask that you do the same for us. The following policies help us serve all clients fairly and keep our schedule running smoothly

Booking Your Appointment

 

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment.

 

Your card will not be charged unless a cancellation or no-show fee applies.

 

You are welcome to pay for your session in person using any accepted payment method at the time of your appointment.

 

If You Need to Cancel or Reschedule

 

We understand things come up! Please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to another client.

 

48 hours or more before → No charge.

 

24–48 hours before → 50% of your service fee will be charged.

 

Less than 24 hours before / same day → 100% of your service fee* will be charged.

 

No-Shows

 

If you miss your appointment without contacting us, the full session fee will be charged to your card on file.

 

Running Late

 

Arriving late may shorten your appointment to ensure the next client’s session starts on time. The full fee still applies.

 

Exceptions

 

We understand true emergencies happen (illness, accidents, etc.). If something unexpected comes up, please call us as soon as possible — we may offer a one-time courtesy waiver at our discretion.

By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies and authorize charges to your card in accordance with the above terms.
